This site tells you what we do and how to reach us. It is not legal advice, it does not make us your title agent, and no figure on it is a quote.
The document that binds us is your title commitment, and that arrives in your file, not on a web page. Where this site and your closing documents disagree, your documents win.
If something here matters to your transaction, do not rely on the page. Call and ask.

This site is published by Paradise Title, LLC, a Florida title agency at 1208 US-1 in Sebastian. It exists to tell you what we handle, who you will be dealing with, and how to reach us. That is the whole purpose of it.

Nothing here is legal or financial advice
Title is specific. What is true for a vacant lot west of Sebastian is not true for a condominium, and what was true last year may not be true now. Nothing on this site is advice about your transaction, and reading it is not a substitute for asking us about your file.
When we become your agent
No relationship starts until we open a file
Reading this site, calling to ask a question, or leaving a message does not make us your title agent. That begins when we open a file for your transaction and confirm to you that we have. Until then, nothing here commits either of us to anything.
Figures
No number on this site is a quote
What a closing costs depends on the purchase price, the county, the underwriter’s promulgated rate, and what the search turns up. Any figure that ever appears on this site is an illustration. Your actual figures come from us in writing before closing day, which is the whole point of sending them early.
Accuracy
We keep this accurate, and we can still be wrong
Recording practice, fees, forms and law all change, and pages go stale. We check what is on here and we correct it when we find a mistake, but we do not warrant that every word is current. If the site and your documents disagree, your documents are the ones that count.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida. Anything arising out of them belongs in the state courts sitting in Indian River County.
